How can I view the property brochure, the floor plan, or the office map?
First in order to view the property
brochure (or any other PDF document offered on this site) you must have
Adobe® Reader, or a comparable PDF viewer installed on your computer. Adobe®
Reader (also know as Adobe Acrobat® Reader) is a free download offered by
Adobe® Systems Inc. To get your free copy, click on the icon below:

After you have downloaded and installed
Adobe® Reader, click on the Brochure button (the very top navigation button
in the left column) and your browser should automatically open up a new
window, activate Adobe® Reader, and display the PDF file there in the new
browser window where you can view it and/or print it out if you choose.
The top of my screen has a large blank
box in it, and I'm not seeing any animated photography. How can I view the
flash tour?
The animated photography, as well as the
navigation buttons in the top left corner of the gallery pages, use a
technology know as "Flash". In order for you to be able to view flash over
the Internet, you need a "flash player" which is compatible with your
browser (sometimes referred to as a "flash plugin"). Just because you have
a flash player that works with one browser, doesn't mean that the same
flash player will work with all browsers. Again this "Flash Player" is a
free download offered by Adobe® Systems Inc., you
simply need to select, download, and install the one that is compatible
with both your operating system and your browser. To get your free copy of
Adobe Flash® Player, click on the icon below:

Please explain the MLS listing to me and how I can get the most out of
viewing it.
By clicking on the MLS Listing button, a
pop-up window will open in your browser, which will take you off of our
site to the actual MLS listing for this home. This listing is what is
known as "live data". What that means is that the information which you
see can be changed at any given time. One neat feature of the
MLS listing is the photo gallery. Click on the primary photograph and it
will take you to a photo gallery of up to 10 pictures provided by the
agent, along with descriptions and possibly a virtual tour or website link
for the agent. Once in this photo gallery, click on a picture to view it
full size. Another neat feature of the MLS listing is the mapping link.
Click on the property address and it will take you to a map to that
property.
How can I view this house in person?
Simply
contact the Agent(s) for this property and he or she will be happy to set up a time when
they can show the home to you. This site also provides a
Contact Form to help facilitate contact
between yourself and the Agent(s) representing this property.
I'm working with an agent already, but I would like to see this home.
Simply contact the agent that you are
working with, tell them the address of this property, and they can easily
schedule a showing for you.
When I try to print out the gallery pages, the first page comes out
completely BLUE. Why is this and how can I print out this information?
This is a known issue when viewing the
primary flash gallery pages using Internet Explorer (not a problem with
other browsers or on other pages). Apparently the code used to load the
animation is causing a conflict in Internet Explorer when you decide to
print the page. We have created an easy work-around for this, should you
decide to print; simply click on the "Printer Friendly" link in the bottom
right corner of and black address block, which will then open a pop-up
window with the same information in the "no flash" animation disabled
version, which you can send directly to your printer. Afterwards simply
close the pop-up window and continue to browse the site with the animation
enabled. All of the support pages, agent contact information, and
animation disabled galleries can be printed directly without any problem.
Another option which you may like to
consider, instead of printing out the web pages (which are optimized for
viewing on the Internet) you could print out the
Property Brochure and/or the
Printer Friendly Floor Plan, both of which were designed
specifically as print publications.
I love the way you market homes on this website! How can I get my home
featured on this website so that I can sell it for absolute top dollar?
Simply
contact the
Listing Agent(s) and he or she will be happy to list your property on
the market and obtain the services of Meticulous Marketing to leverage the
Internet and utilize technology to your advantage, marketing your home
to its full potential.
How do you get the floor plan drawn for the property?
We have a licensed Architect visit the
property, hand-sketch and "field measure" the home. Then that information
is taken back to their office where they enter it into AutoCAD and produce
the final floor plans. Next we take those floor plans and feature them on
this site, in the property brochure, on the MLS listing, and throughout
the marketing materials.
How do you get such good pictures of the property?
We understand that pictures can make or
break a sale. We are a visual people, and presentation is everything! One
of our first phases of marketing a home is to send in a photographer with
high-end digital equipment, professional lighting, wide-angle and
telescopic lenses; to capture the essence and flavor of that property with
digital photography. Depending upon the size of the home and various
environmental factors, this can take anywhere from a couple of hours, to a
couple of days. Whatever it takes to showcase that home, and show it off
in the absolute best possible light, that is exactly what we do. We do NOT
cut corners when it comes to marketing!
I am a REALTOR®. How can I hire
Meticulous Marketing to serve my clients? Handling the photography,
drafting the floor plans, designing the brochures
for my clients; and featuring my listings on this site?
This is a small operation that takes
excellence very seriously. We prefer to build our business through word of
mouth, and can only handle a very limited work flow. There are two ways to
contact us: 1.) contact the Listing Agent(s) and
inquire about our marketing services, and 2.)
Email the Webmaster.
This site has an obvious Century 21®
theme throughout, however I am a REALTOR®
with another brokerage. Is it possible to have you modify your design
theme to compliment the company that I work for?
We have many domain names registered, which
revolve around Middle Tennessee real estate, and anything is possible.
